Yes — always. Electronics drop-off is free for everyone, residents and businesses. Some business add-ons (scheduled pickups, Certificates of Destruction) have a low per-asset fee.
Do I need an appointment?+
Nope. Show up during business hours — Mon–Fri 8am to 3pm, Sat 8am to 2pm. Pull around back, ring the bell, and we’ll help you unload.
What about my personal data?+

Do you pick up from businesses?+
Yes — scheduled pickups across the KC metro with on-site palletizing for larger loads. Call or use the pickup form to schedule.
What can’t you accept?+

Where does it all go?+
