Is ITAD really free?
Yes — pickups, data destruction, and recycling are always free. If your equipment has resale value, you actually get paid. If it doesn’t, we recycle it at no cost.
How much will I get back for my equipment?
It depends on age, condition, and brand. Recent business-class laptops and enterprise networking gear tend to have the best value. Call us or schedule a pickup and we’ll give you an estimate.
How is data destroyed?
We offer NIST 800-88 compliant software wiping and physical destruction (shredding/drilling). Certificates of Destruction are provided for every device — covering Product Destruction, Recycling, and Data Destruction for full compliance documentation.
What’s the minimum quantity?
For pickups, we typically require 3+ gaylords (large boxes) of material. Smaller quantities are always welcome at our free drop-off in North Kansas City — no appointment needed.
