What RAM do you buy?
DDR5 and DDR4 memory: server sticks (ECC RDIMM and LRDIMM), desktop memory and laptop SODIMMs, from 8GB to 256GB per stick. Server pulls, office upgrades and parted-out gaming rigs are all welcome.
How do I sell my RAM or SSDs?
Chat with Henry, our AI buying assistant, right on this page. Snap a photo of the labels, answer a few quick questions about how many you have, their condition and where they are, and our buyers get back to you with an offer.
How do I know if my RAM is DDR4 or DDR5?
Look at the label: PC5- means DDR5, PC4- means DDR4 and PC3- means DDR3. Or just snap a photo of the label and Henry will read it for you.
What SSDs do you buy?
SSDs 240GB and larger: M.2 NVMe and M.2 SATA, 2.5-inch SATA, U.2 / U.3 and enterprise or data-center drives. Tell Henry the capacity and model or send a photo of the label.
Do you buy small SSDs, like 120GB or 128GB?
Not right now. We buy SSDs 240GB and larger. Smaller SSDs can be dropped off for free recycling, and we offer data destruction if you need the drives wiped or shredded first.
Do you buy DDR3 memory or hard drives?
Not right now. We buy DDR5 and DDR4 memory and SSDs. DDR3 and older memory and spinning hard drives can be dropped off for free recycling, and we offer certified hard drive shredding if you need the data destroyed.
Do I need to know the exact model or part number?
No. Upload clear photos of the labels and Henry identifies the generation, capacity and part number for you. A quick description works too.
Can you wipe the SSDs?
Yes. Drives can be wiped to NIST 800-88 standards, and we also offer certified hard drive shredding. Mention it in the chat and our team will take care of it.
Do I need to know what my RAM or SSDs are worth?
No — please don’t spend time researching prices. Tell Henry what you have and how many, and our buyers check the market for you and make one lump-sum offer for the whole lot.
How fast will I hear back?

Can I drop it off instead of shipping?
Yes. Bring it to 125 E 10th Ave, North Kansas City, MO (Mon–Fri 8am–3pm, Sat 8am–2pm). We also work with sellers nationwide by shipping, and larger lots may qualify for pickup.
