Our buyback process is straightforward. You send us a list of equipment — by phone, text, or email — and we respond with a value assessment, typically the same business day. Quotes are based on current secondary-market pricing, factoring in the make, model, age, condition, and specs of each item. Enterprise networking gear from Cisco, Juniper, and Aruba tends to hold the strongest resale value, along with recent business laptops and rack servers with current-generation processors. Phones and tablets in good working condition also command solid returns, especially in bulk fleet quantities.
Once you accept a quote, we schedule a free pickup or you can drop off at our North Kansas City facility. After verifying equipment against the original list, payment is issued by check or ACH — typically within a few business days of receipt. All data-bearing devices go through our secure data destruction process before any equipment is resold, and you receive documentation for your records.
