We Arrive with Trucks and Gaylords
Our team arrives at your location with the right vehicle for your volume — box trucks, cargo vans, or flatbed trucks depending on the load. We bring empty gaylord boxes if you need them. Our crew handles all lifting, loading, stacking, and transport. You do not need to sort, disconnect, or prepare equipment beyond making it accessible.
Processing at Our Facility
At our North Kansas City facility, every item is audited and inventoried. Data-bearing devices are identified and flagged. All hard drives, SSDs, phones, tablets, and copier drives are destroyed through physical shredding, drilling, or NIST 800-88 compliant wiping. Equipment is then broken down by material type for recycling.
Certificates and Documentation
You receive a serialized Certificate of Destruction via email documenting every data-bearing device by serial number, destruction method, date, and technician.
