We set up in your designated area, whether that is a server room, loading dock, IT closet, or conference room. No special preparation is needed on your end.
Your designated witness observes every drive being destroyed. Each drive is logged by serial number before destruction. Your team can verify that every drive on their inventory list is accounted for and physically destroyed. This eliminates any gap in the chain of custody.
Within 24–48 hours we email a Certificate of Destruction listing every drive by serial number, the destruction method used, the date, and the technician who performed it — ready for your compliance file.
